Our cuisine, which main goal is the quality of all our products, where each one is selected on site, respecting its origin, aims to work on dishes of collective memory, and has specialties such as seafood and fish prepared in a traditional portuguese copper pan [Cataplana], salted seabass, grilled turbot, matured beef steak, a Mirandesa  steak, Tomawak, without forgetting the well-known conventual sweets, such as the pastel de Tentúgal, which makes your meal a true gastronomic experience.

Because this cuisine requires love, imagination and art, it is with excitement and great pleasure that we prepare this table so that with your friendships, affinities and sympathies you may have a memorable meal.
