The Palácio São Silvestre - Boutique Hotel has a great concern for the current and future generations, therefore we have integrated a sustainable hotel project in the Unit. This sustainability project has total respect and concern for society and the environment; aiming for continuous improvement through practices and ethical principles, such as:

- • Waste management with licensed companies that collect and recycle materials such as glass, plastic, cardboard, oils, etc.

- • Implementation of a maintenance plan with routines, to check the efficiency of all equipment;
- • Encouraging occupational health and safety, in all activities;

- • Elaborate menus and attention to dietary restrictions that feature options for people with special dietary needs: vegetarian, vegan, lactose or gluten intolerant, among others;

- • Promotion of low impact mobility with the use of bicycles for all guests, which can be used in the surrounding areas;
- • Requalification of the hotel unit, allowing a reduction in the impact in construction terms, and with the choice of solutions that boost energy efficiency and reduce the ecological footprint;
