GENERAL INFORMATION

Where is the property located and how can I get there?

The hotel is located in S. Silvestre, Coimbra. In a quiet area with easy access. It is possible to arrive by car, train or taxi. The Coimbra train station is just a few minutes away, as well as the main road access routes.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is available 24 hours a day to assist our guests.

Which languages are spoken at reception?

Our reception team speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.

What are the accessibility conditions of the property?

The property offers easy access and facilities adapted for guests with reduced mobility, including an elevator and accessible common areas as well as one adapted room.

Can children stay at the property?

Yes, children are welcome at the property. Extra beds and baby cots are available upon prior request and subject to availability.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. However, assistance dogs (guide animals) are always welcome, in accordance with current Portuguese legislation.

Is a tourist tax applied?

Yes, the municipal tourist tax is applied, in accordance with the regulations in force in the municipality of Coimbra.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm.
